2-in 1 Steel Screw Fit Interchangeable 6G(4mm thickness) Double Flared Ear Flesh Tunnel Plug with 6G(4mm thickness) Spike Stretching Tapers(Sold as 2 sets)
Instruction: Used this taper to size up to 6 gauge first. Attach 6G(4mm) taper to the back of the tunnel and slowly slide it in ear with some vitamin E oil. Once the tunnel was in, unscrew the taper and then swap it with the back of the 6G tunnel.
